Who doesn’t want a cup of coffee or tea after a delicious meal? Well, the preferences may differ, but we all are consumers of these beverages. Some people even get addicted to them and can’t feel woken up before a cup of coffee in the mornings.
Coffee People vs Tea People
Are you a Coffee or Tea person? That is the question we find very interesting since we barely hear the answer as “both of them”. People generally choose their sides and hardly changes their preferences.
We observed that most of the people who smoke are more prone to drink coffee than tea. As for tea, some people consume it just for having a healthy life. There are several kinds of tea such as Green tea, oolong, mint, white and rooibos tea. They are mostly preferred than any other kinds of tea because of their ability to boost metabolism, losing the fat, relaxing the body & mind and having better blood pressure.
According to an article of “health benefits linked to drinking tea” at Harvard Health Publishing of Harvard Medical School, green tea is one of the most beneficial tea for good health. It is told that tea can lower the risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. However, it should not be ignored that their effectiveness should be supported by healthy eating habits to get the maximum utility from them.
There is also an interesting article about benefits of coffee called “the latest scoop on the health benefits of coffee” at the same publishing house of Harvard Medical School. The Faculty Editor, Robert H. Shmerling, mentions that there is some evidence of coffee that can be good for you. This statement is also supported by World Health Organization (WHO) since they stated that there is no clear evidence of coffee causes cancer. According to WHO, there is a possibility that “too hot” drinks might cause cancer.
